Paid Education   Page

If you are a Quebec high school student with an average of at least 70 percent in the subjects required for your program who wishes to study at a Canadian Military College, you will begin the program as a junior applicant. Junior applicants start their studies through a preparatory year at RMC Saint-Jean. The prep year is equivalent to first year CEGEP in Quebec. If you are a high school student living outside of Quebec, who falls just below the senior minimum, you may be eligible to enter the program as a junior applicant. This is usually the case when a student needs additional courses for science or engineering programs, or has a lower average in the required subjects. Junior applicants complete their program over a period of five years.
